For software purchases below ₹5,000, refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be entertained unless a proven technical failure is established at our end. For services such as server rentals, telecom solutions, and similar offerings, refunds are not applicable once the service has started, as these are time-bound and usage-based services where charges cannot be reversed once provisioning begins. In case of technical failure on our side, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
If a customer feels that the software, digital entertainment app, or service delivered is not functioning as described, it is important to notify our customer support team within 48 hours of activation or delivery. Our technical team will review the concern, and if it is determined to be valid, appropriate corrective action such as a fix, replacement, or refund will be taken. For third-party licensed software, digital entertainment apps, or telecom integrations that come with manufacturer or vendor warranties, customers are requested to contact the respective provider directly for warranty claims, as our responsibility is limited to the scope of services delivered by us.
Refunds, once approved, will be initiated to the original mode of payment, and customers are requested to allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in their account. The actual timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway or the customer’s bank.
